Right, am having one of those healthy life style kinda day today.
8 hours of sleep, 30 mins jogging, 2 hours books reading, 1 hour grocery shopping, 2 hours cooking.. hapiness.... timeless....
I took chicken cooking to a newer level for myself today.

Ingredients used:
One whole chicken.
1 Red casicum
1 Yellow casicum
Tomatos
Sauce X
Methodology.
First, mix every thing.
Second Put every thing onto chicken.
Third Preheat oven to temperature to cook chicken.
Fourth Put in chicken.
Fifth Serve

been reading this book i've lent from ernest.
Happiness now - andrew matthews.

The book talks about taking positive perspectives to every day life. With the little jokes and stories , the author writes to show how one's life can be so much better by following the little philosophies in the book. It is indeed a nice book to read , with illustrations that yet , bring more humour.
