Hirashimashte~!
A normal routine at sakae where the staffs greets the customer as they enter the shop. I have no idea whether the customer actually understand the real meaning of the japanese phrase or not ;the waiter or waitress will say welcome to sakae , again when the customer is seated..repetitive huh.
I've seen and learn quite alot from working at sakae for these few days. Its tiring as usual but its something different from the past jobs i had , its not like sales , its not like marketing, its not like serving at rtc and its definately not like coaching bike. You get so much interaction with people . Different kinds of ppl, from the demanding types to the usually shy and super polite kind. Its unlike the previous restaurants i worked before where things get classy and people asked for the gents or rest room and here you'ld get ppl that asked for toilets.
One very important thing i've learnt from working at sakae is to be organised. Their system is arranged in such a way that its really down to different sections doing different things and different deparments handling different jobs. The kitchen for example , u have a section doing the sushi , the sahshimi and all then there is the cooked food then there is the setam food , and woots , you've gotto place ur orders differently at the different stations . The way they utilised such a small kitchen to this optimum is amazing.And its influential.. i pack my notes now ... woots.
How ever there is of course the normal political stuffs going on too. Rather squabbles here and there and man's egoistic nature taking over.. despite this , the staffs there are really nice to each other . They'ld help each other out and all. Unlike the places where i worked before where staffs bonding session only occurs in the smoking room.
Right .. how ever, i think i'll get over with this job soon, there is job satisfaction, but i guess i'm nvr too satisfied with one job for too long.. =D
Somebody please remind me to bring my insect repellent when we go have food at fc 1 again, i got like a dozen mozzies attacks and woots ,i'll be damn high if any one of them has dengue on it. Right what are the symptoms of dengue fever again?
They said god will answer to ur prayer when u pray. I prayed, and boy did god answered my prayer. He peed whole night while i was working and there is not much of a crowd as a result. Thank you man... =D
So , this little joke of the day that happened.

Condolences to u and ur family.I know its hard for you but live strong. YOu gotto , i belive ur mum will be proud of you in the future. Make her proud. Only you have the ability to do that as u're her son. Even she is gone away , she'll always stay in the hearts of love ones such as you . My deepest sentinments go out to you and your family. I promise i'll dedicate the song i'll be singing soon , called pieces , for you and your mum.
